How to Delete Your Data from TrustTry

We are committed to protecting your privacy. You can request deletion of all your data from our platform using one of the following methods:

Method 1: From within the app

1. Sign in to your account at site.trusttry.com
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Method 2: By email

Send an email to support@trusttry.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the email address registered on the account.

Method 3: Meta-initiated deletion (Facebook/Instagram)

If you remove TrustTry from your Facebook or Instagram account's connected apps, Meta will send a deletion callback to our backend. We will delete all data associated with your Meta user ID within 30 days and confirm via the Data Deletion Confirmation Code.

What will be deleted?

• Personal account information
• All CRM data and registered customer records
• Message and conversation history
• Connections to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and all other platforms
• All uploaded media files
• AI usage logs and analytics

Retention Period

We retain data for a maximum of 30 days to allow account recovery in case of error. After this period, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
