Account information: name, email address, phone number
OAuth tokens with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)
Message and comment content that passes through our platform
CRM data: customer names, numbers, preferences
Usage data: login history, in-app activity

To provide AI auto-reply and conversational AI services
To analyze campaign performance and generate reports
To improve our services and develop new features
To communicate with you about your account and subscription
4. Meta Platform Data Handling
Data we receive from Meta APIs (Facebook Graph, Instagram Graph, WhatsApp Business) is used exclusively to deliver the features the user has explicitly enabled (Unified Inbox, AI Auto-Reply, Comment AI Agent, Ads Insights). Specifically:
Message content is stored only for display in the dashboard and to feed the AI reply generator
Comment content is stored only to generate replies and display the activity log
Page IDs, IG Business account IDs, and user IDs are stored to scope webhook events and API calls
No follower lists, friend graphs, or other user-graph data are retrieved beyond what is in the message itself
Meta Platform Data is never used for advertising, training third-party AI models, or sold to any party
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
AI providers (Anthropic PBC, X.AI Corp.) for reply generation, under data processing agreements
Cloud infrastructure (Contabo GmbH) for hosting
Payment processors (Stripe) for subscription billing
Legal authorities when required by law
6. Data Security
We use TLS encryption in transit and Fernet encryption at rest for sensitive credentials. All OAuth scopes are limited to what is strictly required for declared features.
